We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Plants & Live Products
Due to the nature of live plants, slight variations in color, fullness, and size may occur. Customers must report damaged plant deliveries within 48 hours of arrival by emailing photos and order details to our support team.
Apparel & Made-To-Order Products
Apparel products may require additional production and processing time before shipment. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
