Thank you for shopping with Hayward’s Pest Solutions. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and delivery for all products purchased through our store.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Some products, including apparel and specialty bundle items, may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product type and shipping destination.

Estimated shipping times:
• Apparel: 5–10 business days
• Plants: 3–7 business days
• Pest control and home products: 5–12 business days
• Digital products: Delivered instantly after purchase

Please note that some orders may ship separately depending on the supplier or product type.

Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information by email once an order has been shipped.

Plant Shipping Information
Live plants are carefully packaged before shipment. Due to the nature of live products, slight variations in size, fullness, and color may occur.

If a plant arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or supplier issues are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Hayward’s Pest Solutions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
